Upgraded Food

Menu Monday 13th March 2017

Welcome to the first Menu Monday on my new blog! I am working on getting my life back on track after a few diversions, over the past couple of years.

Monday – Saucy Fish Co. squid, prawn with chorizo served with bread and salad.

Tuesday – Man out, I will have my favourite vegetarian Pasta e Broccoli  – cheap and healthy.

Wednesday – Ratatouille with pan-fried chicken breasts. Traditional ratatouille takes a while to make so I am making a BIG batch and freezing.

Thursday – Man cooking his famous bolognese.

Friday – Moroccan spiced chicken with chickpea couscous on a fennel salad. I hope to get pomegranate to sprinkle over the top.
